Go to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) website.
If this is your first time accessing DBPR online services, click on “Activate your online services account” and complete the information under “Enter initial pin”. (Your initial pin should be the last four digits of your social security number or Federal tax ID number. If neither of those numbers work, call the customer contact center at (850) 487-1395 for assistance. The center is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm EST.)
Once you have set up your ID and pin number, you are granted access to your online account at any time.
